Evernham Motorsports to change
leadership recipe for No. 98 Truck team
Statesville, N.C. (March 30, 2006) --
Evernham
Motorsports announced today that the No. 98 Cheerios/Betty
Crocker Truck Series team will have a new recipe for success
for the remainder of the 2006 season. The team will adopt the
leadership approach featuring a team director, car director
and engineer used by Evernham’s NASCAR NEXTEL Cup teams
beginning with this weekend's race at Martinsville Speedway.
Evernham Motorsports has promoted Ronnie Hornaday III to take
over the duties of truck director. Hornaday has been serving
as the truck chief and front tire carrier for the No. 98 Truck
team in 2006. On Monday following the race in Martinsville,
Va., Evernham will also add a new engineer to the
